Post-Birth Home Visits in Tri-County South Florida
We provide three in person comprehensive home visits by a healthcare professional in the first 6 weeks after delivery.
Also weekly telehealth support for the first 6 weeks after delivery.
Telehealth for 1 year after delivery
We screen for mood disorders, help with coping concerns and optimize post-birth health.
Care Coordination
We coordinate care for employees who need access to additional levels of care.
For instance, if employee or covered dependent with persistent elevated blood pressure after delivery, then we get consults for primary care provider or cardiologist.
There were many things that I highly valued during my visits; here are a couple. First was empathy. She was patient & reassuring about my questions. Second her expertise stemmed from her confidence in her knowledge based skill set regarding my diagnosis & treatment options that was not only of the latest studies but was relayed to me slowly & simply so I could absorb & process my treatment plan. She was a blessing....an angel here on earth.
